What You'll Do- Partner with General Managers to address employee relations, compliance, and risk-related issues.
- Lead and develop the HR Generalist and Recruiting Team.
- Oversee HR compliance, investigations, leaves of absence, accommodations, and required reporting.
- Work with outside partners and vendors to ensure HR processes are effective and compliant.
- Identify areas of risk and deliver training and guidance to support leaders.
