We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining federal and state leaves of absence, workers' compensation claims, and ensuring consistency in HR practices across the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain policies and procedures in accordance with Federal, State, and Local laws.
- Responsible for maintaining federal and state mandated leaves of absence processes.
- Maintain Workers’ Compensation claims.
- Assist in investigating and documenting all internal employee claims.
- Assist in processing employee separations in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Investigate, document, and respond to employment related claims.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to approach issues in a proactive manner.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- Proven organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality as a primary job function.
- Consistent positive attitude.
Education Requirements (All)
BA/BS degree or 3 - 5 years or more of related industry experience
