Customer Service Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Customer Service Coordinator to join our Support Team. This vital role ensures the integrity of our systems and processes, supports administrative operations, and plays a key part in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee contract processing and documentation accuracy.
- Coordinate account activations and deactivations.
- Track and report vehicle mileage for operational needs.
- Support billing processes and accounts payable accuracy.
- Coordinate modifications to contracted hours and schedules for existing clients.
- Provide timely and accurate client pricing information.
- Direct unresolved client concerns to the appropriate channels.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer services skills.
- Must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must hold a Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (“BSIS”) Security Guard License or be eligible to obtain a Security Guard License.
