Part-Time Administrative Assistant

We are a boutique law firm in Carlsbad and Laguna Niguel practicing in Trusts & Estates. Our legal team needs help as we are growing rapidly.
If you have prior experience in a law firm or in a professional setting or have done clerical work in the past and you are looking for an opportunity to work with an awesome team that enjoys helping others, our firm may be the work family you’ve been looking for. Our Estate Planning law firm is looking for someone who is focused, has a high attention to detail and is comfortable with a fast-paced work environment. This position is part-time, Monday through Friday, four hours per day in the afternoon in our Carlsbad office. Compensation is $22/hour.
We need our new teammate to join us and help us with the following:
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones
- Process new client design files
- Print documents and place in client binder or portfolio
- Prepare client binders/portfolios for notary
- Scan client documents after signings to firm drive
- Copy client documents to flash drive
- Schedule client’s binder/portfolio pickups
- Miscellaneous tasks to assist legal team
- Scan files in file room to server

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Easy to get along with team player (someone who is always looking to help)
