Job Description Summary
GEICO's CRM App Operation team is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join the team to help manage and support Marketing, Sales and Financial Service Cloud applications in a fast paced and high energy environment. As a Salesforce administrator, you will work in a highly collaborative environment interfacing with many other teams such as Infrastructure, Architecture, Release Management, Application Security, and Business Product Owners to help develop and deliver critical Salesforce solutions for GEICO while transforming and reimagining legacy workflows and processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Provide support to Salesforce users in all groups to resolve issues with Salesforce and related applications.
- Creating documentation, maintaining standardization, and looking for ways to continuously improve processes & procedures.
- Ability to set up users with appropriate profiles, permissions, roles, security settings and sharing rules across Geico CRM User Base
- Maintaining & enhancing visual page layouts, custom fields, dashboards, reports etc. to enhance business processes and improve user experience.
- Data clean up, compliance monitoring, enabling and setup
- Remaining current on Salesforce.com best practices and technologies and advising on these practices for Salesforce based solutions.
- Working with Salesforce.com support to troubleshoot issues and maintain smooth operation and performance of the platform.
Preferred Experience:
- Basic understanding of Data Loader, Workbench and Bulk Uploading
- Solid background/expertise with Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Experience using web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript is preferred.
- Experience with databases such as MS SQL Server and Oracle.
- Experience with Tableau CRM is beneficial
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (required within 1 year)
- Admin Super Set (preferred)
- Business Administration Specialist (trailhead)
- Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboards Specialist (trailhead)
- Security Specialist Superbadge (trailhead)
