Must have the following education/experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Organizational Development, and or related field. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, 4 additional years of relevant work experience. 5 years of related full-life cycle recruitment experience. Experience in all aspects of talent search including internet search optimization, innovative candidate sourcing programs, passive candidate mining and networking, pre-screening, interviewing, and negotiating and presenting offer packages. Working knowledge of EEO and other applicable employment laws, policies, regulations, & compensation. LinkedIn Recruiter experience. Direct applicant tracking system (ATS) requisition management and applicant dispositioning experience. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Creative problem solver with a track record of implementing innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse top talent. An effective communicator who can promote a culture of trust, empowerment, accountability, and inclusion. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
