We’re looking for a proactive, people-loving multitasker to join our team as an Office Coordinator and Recruiting Assistant. This hybrid role blends operational excellence with recruiting support — perfect for someone who loves keeping a workplace running smoothly while helping to bring amazing new talent on board.
You’ll be the heartbeat of the office, ensuring day-to-day operations go off without a hitch, while also supporting the recruiting team in scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and helping us create a world-class hiring experience.
Office Coordination
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors.
- Maintain a well-organized and welcoming office environment — supplies, equipment, and general upkeep.
- Coordinate meetings, team events, and office communications.
- Support HR and leadership with administrative tasks and internal communications.
- Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires (workstation setup, welcome kits, first-day schedule, etc.).
Recruiting Support
- Partner with the recruiting team to post job listings and manage applicant flow.
- Schedule candidate interviews and ensure a seamless process for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Communicate with candidates to provide updates, feedback, and a great experience from start to finish.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in office administration, HR, or recruiting support (internships count!).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace and ATS tools (experience with Greenhouse, Lever, or Workable a plus).
- Positive, can-do attitude with a love for people and teamwork.
