Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting legal research, and representing clients in court. Day-to-day tasks include drafting legal documents, negotiating on behalf of clients, and advising clients on various legal matters.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Family Law- previous employment practicing family law at a law firm required
- Experience in providing Legal Advice
- Strong Research skills
- Excellent Negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- JD from an accredited law school and a valid state Bar license
Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
