Duties
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with excellent phone etiquette.
- Process Customer Orders/enter into ERP System
- Maintain pricing database, enter into ERP system/review inbound Purchase Orders for accuracy.
- Print pick tickets and BOLS for outgoing PO's.
- Send COAs to customer for each shipment.
- Manage, prepare and ship sample requests.
- Assist with AR/collections activities.
- Assist with purchasing activities
- All other assignments as needed.
- Strong typing skills along with attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks.
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently using time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
