Maintenance Technician (2nd and 3rd Shift)

Responsibilities

• Use department software like vision systems and scanners.
• Work with vendors to get quotes, order parts, and ensure quality.
• Find ways to reduce equipment downtime and product rejects.
• Use root cause analysis and PDCA methods to fix recurring problems.
• Start process deviations when needed.
• Fix equipment issues independently with little guidance.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Keep machine downtime low and meet targets.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technician in a manufacturing environment.
• Schematic Literacy: Proven ability to read, interpret, and work from electrical and hydraulic blueprints and schematics.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong, demonstrable understanding of electrical systems, mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC troubleshooting.
• Autonomy: Highly self-motivated with the ability to lead technical tasks independently.
