Olympia Subaru is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Used Car Technician to join our Service Team. As our business continues to grow, our shop is busier than ever — and we’re looking for technicians who can help keep our used vehicle inventory road‑ready and up to Subaru standards. In this role, you’ll work on a wide range of used vehicles, performing inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and reconditioning before they reach our customers.

Used Car Technician Job Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on used vehicles
• Complete routine maintenance, including oil changes, brake repairs, and tire rotations
• Recondition and refurbish used vehicles to ensure quality and safety
• Assist other technicians and service department team members as needed
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used

Qualifications

Used Car Technician Qualifications

• At least 1 year of prior automotive technician experience
• High School Diploma
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and grow
  
  

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
