Assistant BDC/Rental Manager Job Responsibilities

• Assist in managing incoming sales and service leads through phone, email, and online inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with potential customers to support the sales team.
• Help coordinate the rental vehicle fleet, ensuring vehicles are clean, available, and properly documented.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors, technicians, and customers to manage rental timelines and expectations.
• Track performance metrics and support daily reporting to ensure department goals are met.
• Step in to support the BDC Manager and Rental Manager as needed, keeping operations running smoothly.

Schedule: 4, 10 hour shifts

BDC Manager Qualifications

• Proven experience in a high-volume automotive Business Development Center (BDC).
• Previous experience managing, supervising, and training a team is required.
• Deep familiarity with CRM and DMS systems used in a modern automotive dealership.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage high call and internet lead volumes simultaneously.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a focus on world-class customer service.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented attitude.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
