To support our continued success, we’re seeking an Automotive Sales Representative/Consultant for immediate hire. As part of our Sales Team, you’ll guide guests through the purchase journey while contributing to a dealership culture built on excellence, growth, and long‑term success.

Automotive Sales Representative/Consultant Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers, help diagnose their needs and explain how their needs translate to a new Toyota

• Show and explain exactly what their new car has and how it operates

• Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email

• Negotiate sales transactions

• Attend training and sales meetings

• Complete sales transaction paperwork

This is a full-time position. Expect to work weekends, but you will have two consecutive days off.

Automotive Sales Representative/Consultant Qualifications

• Sales experience and/or training are desired but not require

• Computer skills (Word, CRM, Texting, Email)

• A current valid driver’s license is required for all employees

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be 18 years or older & have a clean driving record with a valid driver’s license, able to pass a criminal background check, and pre-employment drug testing.
