Job Opportunity: Warehouse Manager (Overnight Operations)Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per yearSchedule: Overnight Shift (11:00 PM – 5:00 AM)We are establishing a pivotal new role for a Warehouse Manager to oversee the critical flow of goods to our airport locations. In this position, you will be the logistical backbone of our operation, managing all company deliveries during overnight hours to ensure our restaurants and retail outlets are fully stocked and ready for the morning rush.You will be responsible for upholding our core values—Trust, Respect, Integrity, First-Class, Innovation, and Commitment (TRIFIC)—while delivering a guest experience defined by courtesy and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics & Inventory ControlMaster the Supply Chain: Efficiently manage inventory distribution, execute precise cycle counts, handle product returns, and oversee transfer transactions using handheld technology.Process Management: Strictly adhere to "First In, First Out" (FIFO) protocols and ensure all inventory documentation is accurate and up to date.Discrepancy Resolution: Proactively identify inventory issues, resolve control errors, and escalate discrepancies to management as needed.Compliance & SafetySafety First: Maintain a pristine warehouse environment that complies with all Health & Safety regulations, housekeeping standards, and food safety laws (local, state, and federal).Airport Protocols: Collaborate with the General Manager and airport staff to ensure strict compliance with security rules regarding deliveries and merchandise movement across the platform.Leadership & CommunicationBuild Partnerships: Forge strong working relationships with vendors, business partners, and fellow associates.Service Excellence: embody a "guest-first" mentality, exceeding First Class Service standards and maintaining a professional image (including adherence to grooming and uniform guidelines).Qualifications & RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 2 years in Food and Beverage, Retail warehouse, or customer service operations.Education: High School diploma or GED required.Certifications: ServSafe Food Handlers certification (or equivalent) as required by local jurisdiction.Skills:Strong proficiency in English (reading, writing, and verbal communication).Solid mathematical aptitude for verifying invoices and calculating costs.Ability to work independently for extensive periods with sound judgment.Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects in a high-energy environment.Physical RequirementsTo succeed in this active role, you must be able to:Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.Perform essential functions such as climbing ladders, bending, reaching, and gripping.Walk long distances and stand for extended periods.Work comfortably in environments with varying temperatures.Ready to drive efficiency and lead our overnight logistics?
