• 3 years of experience managing high-volume restaurant operations
• Proven ability to recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
• Demonstrated success achieving sales, profitability, and other financial targets
• Strong commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours based on business needs
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Lead by example while recruiting, training, coaching, and mentoring a high-performing restaurant team
