What You'll Do
As Restaurant District Manager, you will provide leadership and direction for approximately 6-7 restaurant locations, partnering closely with each General Manager to achieve operational and financial goals.
You'll be responsible for:
- Coaching, developing and motivating Restaurant General Managers
- Driving sales, profitability, guest satisfaction and operational excellence
- Building strong leadership teams and developing future talent
- Managing labor, food costs, and controllable expenses
- Maintaining high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and brand execution
- Identifying opportunities to improve performance across the district
- Successfully implementing new products, programs, and company initiatives
- Creating a culture of accountability, teamwork, and recognition
