Position: Account Executive – Resort & Hospitality TechnologyLocation: RemoteCompensation: $80,000 Base Commission BenefitsTravel: Up to 30%We are partnering with a rapidly growing hospitality-technology company that provides enterprise-level guest-engagement solutions to luxury resorts and destination properties. As they expand their footprint across the resort sector, we are seeking a results-driven Account Executive with strong hospitality relationships and a proven ability to open new doors.This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing closer who understands the resort ecosystem, thrives in a hunter role, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate has a strong network of resort-level and corporate decision-makers and can confidently lead full-cycle sales conversations with senior hospitality leaders.About the RoleThe Account Executive will be responsible for driving new business within the resort market by promoting a leading guest-experience software platform used by top-tier hospitality brands. You’ll partner closely with company leadership, leverage existing relationships, build new ones, and guide prospects through the full sales cycle from outreach through close.This role is fully remote, highly autonomous, and ideal for someone who excels in both outbound prospecting and high-touch relationship selling.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive new business development across the resort and destination-hospitality sector.Leverage existing industry relationships and build new connections with Directors of Marketing, Directors of Revenue, General Managers, and corporate-level leaders.Manage full sales cycle: research, outreach, discovery, solution demos, ROI storytelling, negotiation, and close.Conduct compelling presentations that illustrate how the platform elevates guest engagement, increases on-property revenue, and differentiates resort brands.Build and maintain a strong, well-qualified pipeline while providing accurate forecasting.Identify opportunities to expand from single-property conversations into regional, multi-property, or enterprise-level deals.Navigate complex resort buying committees, including Marketing, Revenue, IT, Procurement, and Operations teams.Represent the company at hospitality events and trade shows to grow brand presence and source new leads.Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine messaging, proof points, and sales assets.Operate comfortably in a high-growth environment and help refine internal processes as the company expands.Use a suite of modern tools including CRM, sales engagement platforms, and AI-driven productivity tools.Qualifications3 years of B2B sales experience within hospitality, technology, or related service sectors, with a strong existing network of hotel and resort decision-makers.Experience selling into hotels, resorts, or multi-property hospitality groups.Proven success in a hunter-focused, outbound-driven environment.Ability to identify and elevate multi-property or enterprise-level opportunities.Strong executive-level access and relationship-building skills.Ability to map and engage multiple stakeholders within complex resort buying groups.Comfortable conducting both high-touch relationship selling and cold outreach.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.Experience using AI or LLM tools to support sales productivity is a plus.Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial.This role is ideal for candidates with experience selling into hotels, resorts, hospitality groups, or travel and tourism organizations.
