Job Qualifications

As a Kitchen Manager in Boston, MA, the right candidate will bring a combination of hands-on experience and strong leadership fundamentals. The following qualifications are required for consideration:

  • Previous kitchen management experience in a restaurant environment
  • Strong ability to lead, coach, and hold a team accountable to high standards
  • Demonstrated experience managing labor, scheduling, and controlling costs

Job Responsibilities

As the Kitchen Manager in Boston, MA, you will serve as the operational backbone of the kitchen, driving performance, quality, and team cohesion on a daily basis. Key responsibilities include:
