We have two divisions: 1) Hospital / Provider Practice 2) Managed Care / Payer Practice – we work directly with health plans (very strong in the Blue Cross Blue Shield space). GeBBS Consulting has over two decades of experience supporting healthcare clients throughout the US.
We are currently hiring an Organizational Change Manager
Summary: One of our clients at Blue Cross Blue Shield is seeking an Organizational Change Manager to support product adoption across all Blue Cross Blue Shield plans. This resource will follow the Prosci approach to execute organization/business change management work and document lessons learned during the process.
Required Skills:
- 5 years of experience in organizational/business change management
- Experience in managing the adoption of an IT platform
Location: Hybrid -2-3 times onsite in the first 9 months in Reston, VA or DC
