The Child Care Center Assistant Teacher plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations and educational programs of our child care center. This position involves collaborating with the Lead Teachers and other assistant teachers to ensure a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for children. The
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs that promote children's growth and learning.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and licensing requirements for child care facilities.
- Foster positive relationships with families, providing updates on children's progress and addressing any concerns.
- Monitor classroom environments to ensure they are safe, clean, and conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with teachers to create engaging lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of students.
- Assist with diapering and support children through the potty-training process, following health, safety, and developmental best practices.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
