Position is located at Geary Estates in Junction City, KS.

Position Summary:

The HVAC Service Manager is primarily responsible for the maintenance, safety, and enhancement of the property while improving the living experience for the residents in the community.

Responsibilities:

· Ensure that the property maintains an impressive curb appeal by keeping the community grounds and buildings clean and properly taken care of.

· Provide outstanding customer service to current residents, prospective residents, vendors, and colleagues.

· Lead team to ensure property is clean, tidy, and functioning correctly.

· Maintain property grounds in a safe and clean manner year-round.

· Carry out yearly unit inspections.

· Manage and contribute to the apartment turnover process including cleaning, painting, and repairs.

· Complete maintenance forms and logs accurately and in a timely fashion.

· Engage in hiring and training process.

· Coordination and oversight of contractors.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· 1-year related experience and/or training.

· Valid Driver’s License.

· HVAC or EAP Certified.

· Capable of lifting 50lbs.

· Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

· Excellent customer service skills.

· Able to work nights and weekends and be available for on call shifts.
