Available Shifts:
- Day: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
- Overtime will be required during peak production seasons
Order Fulfillment:
- Process orders promptly and accurately
- Pick, pack, and ship products efficiently
- Collaborating with a team helps to ensure orders are picked up on time
- Identifying overstock or offsite inventory needed to fulfill orders
- Returns and raw materials picking
- Support inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
- Conduct regular cycle counts and collaborate with the team to update the ERP system
- Coordinate with other departments
- Cycle count reconciliations
- Research and resolve other inventory discrepancies
- Coordinate off-site pallet movement
- Stock transfers
- Inspect incoming and outgoing products for defects
- Ensure items meet quality standards before loading them onto the truck
- Document any discrepancies and collaborate with the team lead
- Manage the production re-pick sheet and resolving missed/incorrect picks
- Work closely with team members to optimize warehouse processes
- Communicate effectively with the assistant manager and team leaders
- Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment
- Practice safe working principles
- Active participation in continuous improvement
