Our company is seeking an experienced Service Advisor with strong sales and customer service skills to join our fast-paced, high-volume shop. This role is the customer’s first impression of our business, making it critical to combine professionalism with the ability to drive sales and keep workflow organized.
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be responsible for selling recommended services, managing repair orders, writing clear estimates, and maintaining open communication with both customers and technicians. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of service writing or sales experience, with management or leadership experience strongly preferred.
