What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitor & Custodian - Dock Master position at GDI?

Shift(s) Available:
Full Time - Mon - Fri - 7:00 am -3:30 pm
Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning of floors, restrooms, break rooms, hallways, offices, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and empty trash and recycling containers.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
- Maintain custodial equipment and report any maintenance needs..
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Monitor supply levels and request inventory replenishment.

Respond to cleaning or spill emergencies as needed.

Indoor facility environment; may require occasional outdoor tasks.
Requirements:
Experience with cleaning commercial facilities a plus
Must have the ability to work with other crew members
Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions
Must have reliable transportation
