What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grounds Maintenance position at GDI?

Available shift(s):
Monday-Friday, 7am - 3:30pm OR 8am - 4:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Routine upkeep of parking lot and areas surrounding the buildings
- Garbage/Trash disposal
- Pressure washing and sweeping walkways and parking lot (if needed)
- Removal of miscellaneous debris surrounding facility grounds
Requirements:
- Experience with cleaning commercial buildings a plus (but not required)
- Must have the ability to work with other crew members
- Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions
- Must have reliable transportation
- Steel toed shoes required (when applicable)
- Ability to work in hot conditions
