What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floor Tech position at GDI?

Shifts:
Monday to Friday (5pm-9pm)
Floor Technicians Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:
- Strip, seal, wax, and polish floors as needed.
- Cleaning of a commercial building.
- Cleaning restrooms, break-rooms, dusting and trash removal.
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
Requirements:
- Operate floor cleaning equipment including buffers and scrubbers
- Experience with cleaning commercial buildings a plus, but not required.
- Must have the ability to work with other crew members.
- Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Steel toed shoes required when applicable.
- Ability to work in hot conditions.
