Essential Duties
- Routine inspection and testing of equipment and machinery to ensure everything is up to standard
- Plan and schedule maintenance repairs
- Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels)
- Perform routine maintenance around building
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures
- Perform general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, and carpentry
- Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies

- 2-5 years related experience
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to multi-task
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred
- Ability to show judgment and to work independently.
- High integrity and discretion required.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.
