Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade applications using OutSystems 11.
- Lead end-to-end development activities for large-scale OutSystems projects, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Supervise and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance, coaching, and task delegation.
- Apply deep knowledge of OutSystems architecture, including multi-layered architecture, modularization, and dependency management.
- Evaluate existing applications to identify technical debt and recommend strategies for remediation.
- Conduct comprehensive code reviews to maintain code quality, adherence to standards, and code maintainability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement and enforce architecture best practices, coding standards, and development guidelines within the team.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for reliability and performance.
- Stay updated on OutSystems platform enhancements, industry best practices, and emerging technological trends.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in OutSystems development, including at least 2 years working with OutSystems 11.
- Proven experience leading and managing small development teams in enterprise OutSystems projects.
- In-depth understanding of OutSystems architecture concepts such as multi-layered architecture, modularization, and dependency management.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and address technical debt effectively.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, REST/SOAP web services, and data modeling.
- Solid knowledge of application lifecycle management (ALM) within the OutSystems platform.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Availability to work Pacific Time hours.
