This role ensures that all programs and projects align with corporate objectives, optimize costs, and enhance operational efficiency while maintaining safety and quality standards. The Program Manager serves as a key liaison among leadership teams and field operations to facilitate continuous improvement and program success.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of cross-functional programs across Operations, Quality, HSE, and Field Services.
- Ensure all initiatives are aligned with company strategic objectives, budget targets, and performance expectations.
- Collaborate with department leaders to evaluate work scopes, identify inefficiencies, and implement cost-effective solutions.
- Establish governance frameworks to prioritize, track, and report on program performance and key metrics.
- Drive standardization of processes and best practices across business units to improve consistency and efficiency.
- Monitor program performance, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between executive leadership and field teams to promote cohesive project execution.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing and operational excellence programs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements applicable to operations.
- Develop and maintain program dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and executive reports for stakeholder review.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5 or more years of experience in program or project management within oil and gas, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives and driving stakeholder alignment.
- Strong knowledge of HSE, Quality, Operations, and Field Service functions.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize costs, manage budgets, and track financial performance.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify risks, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working with ERP systems and program management tools is preferred.
- Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is a plus.
- Availability to travel occasionally to operational sites.
