Summary
Responsible primarily for client invoicing, auditing expenses, compliance review of candidate records, and other general accounting department duties as needed.
Essential Functions
- Capture and coordination of invoicing requirements with clients.
- Manage the invoice process for assigned clients to ensure accurate submission of regular and irregular invoices and billable travel expenses.
- Coordinate with GDH departments to ensure accurate data capture and billing.
- Audit of external client or vendor management system time capture systems to ensure validity and accuracy of date and reconciliation to GDH’s internal system(s).
- Purchase order tracking.
- Audit expenses and coordinate issue resolution to ensure accurate billing.
- Compliance review on new candidates’ information in GDH’s internal system to ensure candidate is set up correctly for timesheets and invoicing.
- Additional duties will be assigned, which may include assisting with other projects as needed.

- Experience in corporate accounting functions.
- Proven history of high level of accuracy when dealing with data entry, analysis, and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment within specifically defined guidelines.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a very hands-on and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work with many different personalities and be customer service oriented.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Written and verbal communication proficiency with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Physical Demands
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time hybrid position (3-4x a month in office). Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
No travel is expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience
- Minimum one to three years of general accounting experience.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Some accounting coursework required.
