Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects supporting patient support programs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Patient Support Program teams, Data & Reporting, and Marketing, to define technical requirements and solutions.
- Manage internal and external technical support resources for the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems and integrations.
- Assist with technology specifications, system design, deployment, and end-user training for various applications.
- Provide business and technical analysis expertise for system design, process improvements, and integration development.
- Oversee vendor evaluation, selection, and management to ensure quality and compliance standards are met.
- Develop and maintain interfaces between multiple vendors and systems to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Support validation processes, including computerized System Validation and compliance with relevant industry standards such as part 11.
- Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for technological enhancements and process improvements.
- Serve as the IT subject matter expert for U.S. patient support programs and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- 7 years of experience managing full systems lifecycle management and deployment.
- 4 years of experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, specifically supporting patient support or experience programs.
- Proven ability to implement and support complex technical systems, including integrations and data management.
- Experience supporting computerized System Validation and regulatory compliance, including 21 CFR Part 11.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations related to data security, encryption, and system handling.
- Proficiency with project management methodologies and system development lifecycle principles.
- Demonstrated experience in vendor management and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and in-office tasks.
