Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial Process, Sales, Pricing, Analytics, and Salesforce, to document and analyze existing business processes.
- Gather and translate business requirements into actionable recommendations for process enhancements and system improvements.
- Support change management initiatives by developing communication plans, training materials, and user adoption strategies.
- Design and deliver training sessions for end-users to facilitate adoption of new processes and system updates.
- Monitor and analyze process adoption metrics, providing insights to identify areas for further training or process refinement.
- Analyze business challenges, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions to improve efficiency.
- Evaluate risks associated with process changes, prioritize initiatives based on potential impact, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure process modifications align with overall business objectives and minimize downstream effects.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and informed decision-making.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying workflow efficiencies and optimizing the sales experience.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting process improvement projects.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, or comparable systems.
- Experience working closely with sales or commercial teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process evaluation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to create and deliver end-user training and support change management efforts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new business processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and functions.
- Availability to work on-site and support in-person team activities.
