Sales Executive – Technical Staffing Services (Graduate Role)


Overview

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Executive to join our growing team within the Technical Staffing space. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for recent graduates who are eager to build a career in sales, recruitment, and client relationship management.

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in supporting client acquisition, developing new business opportunities, and helping deliver top-tier technical talent to our partners. You’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and clear progression pathways into senior sales or account management roles.


Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients within target markets (tech, engineering, IT, etc.)
  • Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities
  • Support senior team members in pitching staffing solutions to prospective clients
  • Client Relationship Support: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Understand client hiring needs and assist in delivering tailored staffing solutions
  • Act as a point of contact for client queries and ensure a high level of service
  • Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, hiring demands, and competitor activity
  • Map out target companies and key decision-makers
  • Sales Process Management: Assist in managing the sales cycle from initial contact through to placement
  • Maintain accurate records of activity and client interactions in CRM systems
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to ensure successful candidate delivery
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside recruiters and senior sales professionals to achieve team targets
  • Contribute to a positive, high-performance team culture



What We’re Looking For

  • Recent graduate (or final year student) in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Competitive, driven, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Interest in sales, recruitment, or the tech industry
  • Resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office and/or CRM tools (preferred but not required)
