Sales Executive – Technical Staffing Services (Graduate Role)
Overview
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Executive to join our growing team within the Technical Staffing space. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for recent graduates who are eager to build a career in sales, recruitment, and client relationship management.
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in supporting client acquisition, developing new business opportunities, and helping deliver top-tier technical talent to our partners. You’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and clear progression pathways into senior sales or account management roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients within target markets (tech, engineering, IT, etc.)
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities
- Support senior team members in pitching staffing solutions to prospective clients
- Client Relationship Support: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Understand client hiring needs and assist in delivering tailored staffing solutions
- Act as a point of contact for client queries and ensure a high level of service
- Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, hiring demands, and competitor activity
- Map out target companies and key decision-makers
- Sales Process Management: Assist in managing the sales cycle from initial contact through to placement
- Maintain accurate records of activity and client interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to ensure successful candidate delivery
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside recruiters and senior sales professionals to achieve team targets
- Contribute to a positive, high-performance team culture
What We’re Looking For
- Recent graduate (or final year student) in Business, Marketing, or a related field
