Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Skilled Construction Laborer to join our construction team. Candidate should have experience in operating, skid-steers, articulated trucks, and compactors.
Duties
- Assist with interpreting and executing construction plans and technical drawings to ensure accurate project implementation
- Perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting, material transportation, and equipment setup to support various phases of construction
- Conduct erosion control measures to protect the environment and maintain site stability in accordance with project requirements at the direction of the supervisor/ foreman
- Operate power tools and equipment safely, performing routine maintenance or repairs as needed to ensure optimal functionality
- Follow strict safety regulations, including implementation of OSHA safety standards
- Assist with equipment repair and maintenance tasks to keep tools and machinery in top working condition
Skills
- Knowledge in reading blueprints and construction plans for accurate task execution
- Knowledge of Horizontal Grading and Site Preparation.
- Knowledge of Storm Drainage, Pipe and Structure Installation.
- Familiarity with workplace safety regulations, including OSHA standards
- Ability to accurately follow detailed instructions precisely from Supervisor/ Foreman
- Experience with heavy lifting, manual handling, climbing ladders and working along open trenches safely
- Commercial construction experience is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with large-scale project environments

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
