Document Control SpecialistContract 40 hours weekly 1 to 2 days onsite per weekPeriod of performance is 3-6 months with possible extension.MUST HAVE - Arena software experienceThe Document Control Specialist will work closely with Quality Engineering, Quality Systems, and Manufacturing teams. The selected candidate may be required to perform all, or a combination of, the following essential responsibilities as determined by necessityThe Document Control Specialist will work closely with Quality Engineering, Quality Systems, and Manufacturing teams. The Specialist may be required to perform all, or a combination of, the following essential responsibilities as determined by necessityEducation and/or Experience:Experience with the Arena software quality systems (minimum 2 years)High School diploma • Minimum of 2 years in a Quality related function working within a regulated environment, ideally medical device.Excels at generating and maintaining organized and accurate records.Basic computer skills are required. Proficient use of MS Office products (Excel, Word at a minimum) is a plus.Self-starter capable of dealing with a variety of tasks in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment. Must be proficient in English language to be able to read documentation, communicate, and write.Ideal candidate will have keen eye for quality, is dependable, and will work collaboratively within a team, and possess a positive attitude. The candidate will have an uncompromising adherence to quality standards.Experience in 21 CFR part 820 and 11, and ISO 13485 regulations.Detail Oriented – Excellent attention to detail and good organizationAbility to communicate at multiple levels of an organization Company DescriptionGCR Professional Services is an engineering and information technology staffing firm (direct-hire, consultants, contract-to-hire).
