  • OSHA Warehouse Safety: Supervise the safe vertical stacking and storage of heavy motors, cylinders, mechanical elements, lubricants, and chemical compounds in strict compliance with OSHA standards to mitigate falling hazard risks and chemical spills.
Qualifications & Requirements

  • Systems Proficiency: Advanced command of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Oracle ERP platforms.
  • Core Competencies: Advanced capability in negotiation, strategic persuasion, mathematical and analytical problem-solving, meticulous attention to technical details, structural organization, and timely result delivery under deadline pressures.

  • Lifting: Occasional requirement to lift, carry, push, or pull inventory items, components, or tools weighing up to 50 lbs, representing a moderate physical effort on the floor.
  • Environment: Primary work performed in an active manufacturing facility with continuous exposure to automated high-speed industrial noise, greased/lubricated mechanical machinery corridors, fine paper dust, moderate heights, confined quarters, and facility temperature fluctuations.
  • Required PPE: Mandatory use of steel-toe safety boots, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat, hairnet/cofia, and cut-resistant gloves as necessitated by industrial safety zones.
