GCON is seeking a Project Manager with experience in ground-up, commercial construction and mission critical/data centers, for our people-focused company where teamwork, trust, and care guide our operational achievement! What Youll Do
- Lead all phases of construction projects (ground-up and renovations).
- Drive preconstruction activities including estimating, logistics, scheduling, and pursuits.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance to maximize profitability.
- Mentor project teams and trade partners in safety, quality control, and continuous improvement practices.
- Strengthen client relationships and support business development pursuits with senior leadership.
- Ensure smooth project closeout and adherence to GCON standards.
- Promote a safety-first culture by modeling best practices and sharing lessons learned.
- Represent GCON in industry and community organizations, embodying stewardship and collaboration.
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field.
- 7 years of experience in commercial construction project management (general contractor preferred).
- 4 years leading data center/mission-critical builds preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering.
- Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore, and/or CMiC.
- Proven leadership, financial acumen, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to travel and work on active construction sites.
