Commercial Facility Maintenance Technician

The Role

We’re hiring a skilled Facility Services Technician to handle field repairs, preventative maintenance, and light construction for commercial clients. You’ll work independently, solve problems on the fly, and represent GCM’s commitment to quality at every site.

What You’ll Do

• Perform general building maintenance and light construction
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues
• Service restaurant and commercial equipment (refrigeration, hoods, ice machines, etc.)
• Develop and follow preventative maintenance plans
• Maintain accurate job logs and communicate with the Service Manager

What You Bring

• 3 years in construction, facility maintenance, or related trades
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace

Helpful skills (not required): HVAC/refrigeration certification, restaurant equipment repair, light electrical, plumbing, or finish carpentry experience.
