Galloway Consolidated Holdings, Inc. (GCH)—a recognized industry leader in innovative packaging solutions—is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to support our fast‑paced and rapidly growing operation. Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators in the daily operation of flexographic slitters, laminators, converting equipment, and extrusion lines.
• Maintain adequate supplies at assigned machines to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
• Perform assistant‑related tasks as directed by the machine operator or supervisor.
• Contribute to overall quality, productivity, and waste‑reduction goals on each job.
• Always maintain a clean and organized machine area.
• Comply with all company policies, regulations, and standard operating procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by machine operators, supervisors, or management.
• Ensure all AIB housekeeping and cleanliness standards are consistently met.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math proficiency.
• Strong team orientation with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, bending, squatting, reaching, and pulling for extended periods; must be able to lift 50 lbs.
