Key Responsibilities
- Follow all safety, quality, housekeeping, and AIB requirements.
- Review job specifications and set up machines accordingly.
- Monitor machine performance and product quality.
- Troubleshoot and correct production issues.
- Perform minor machine maintenance.
- Complete production documentation accurately and on time.
- Meet production goals for speed, scrap reduction, and setup efficiency.
- Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
- Dependable and reliable attendance.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Good organizational abilities.
- Safety-focused mindset.
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
- Willingness to work overtime as required.
Physical Requirements
- Extended periods of standing.
