Shift: 2nd Shift (12-hour shifts)

Primary Responsibilities
- Set up and operate blown-film extrusion lines.
- Start up and shut down production equipment.
- Adjust machine settings (web guides, tension, width, etc.).
- Perform quality inspections and measurements.
- Troubleshoot processing and equipment issues.
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks.
- Handle raw materials and production documentation.
- Follow company safety and AIB requirements.
Key Requirements
- Experience setting up and processing extrusion equipment.
- Ability to independently operate extrusion lines.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good math and measurement skills.
- Experience with manufacturing paperwork and inventory procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
- Strong attendance, communication, and safety record.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
