Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team in Oak Ridge, TN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in but not limited to concrete finishing and related construction work. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on commercial projects.
Responsibilities
- Follow instructions from management accurately.
- Prepare surfaces for concrete pouring by cleaning and leveling the area.
- Mix, pour, spread, and finish concrete using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Shape, smooth, and texture concrete surfaces for both function and appearance.
- Repair or restore damaged concrete surfaces.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with other crew members.
- Perform additional construction tasks but not limited to (stucco, framing, tile, etc.).

Experience & Skills
- Proven hands-on experience in concrete forming and finishing.
- Knowledge of tools, materials, and safety procedures used in concrete work.
- Experience with plastering, welding, or light framing is a plus.
