Experienced Concrete Finisher – Full-Time
B&M Concrete Inc. is a growing, family-owned concrete construction company looking to add an experienced Concrete Finisher to our team. We take pride in delivering high-quality work and are looking for someone who shares our commitment to craftsmanship, reliability, and professionalism.
Pay
- $30.00–$40.00 per hour
- Pay is based on experience and skill level.
Job Type
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday (occasional overtime as needed)
Responsibilities
- Finish concrete surfaces to a high standard using hand and power tools.
- Screed, bull float, edge, joint, and broom finish concrete.
- Set forms and assist with concrete placement.
- Read grade stakes and ensure proper slopes and elevations.
- Operate finishing equipment when needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site.
- Work efficiently with crew members to complete projects on schedule.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of concrete finishing experience preferred.
- Ability to finish residential and commercial concrete.
- Experience with driveways, sidewalks, patios, slabs, and foundations.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
