We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager / Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial cleaning accounts across the Boulder / Denver market.
For nearly 30 years, our company has been a trusted provider of commercial cleaning services throughout Colorado, known for reliability, operational discipline, and long-term client partnerships. As we continue to grow, we are strengthening our leadership structure and looking for a professional who can operate at a high level and take ownership of operational performance.
This role is designed for a results-driven leader who understands how to manage multi-site operations, support field teams and contractors, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure consistent service delivery.
Position Overview
The Account Manager will take full responsibility for the operational performance of a portfolio of accounts, ensuring service quality, team accountability, and client satisfaction.
This role requires strong judgment, operational discipline, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee a portfolio of commercial cleaning accounts
• Supervise and support field teams and subcontractors
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce quality standards
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols
• Maintain strong client relationships and respond to service needs
• Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally
• Monitor staffing, schedules, and performance metrics
• Identify opportunities for service improvements and account growth
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 3–5 years of experience managing commercial cleaning operations
• Experience overseeing multiple locations or accounts
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards
• Experience managing contractors and frontline personnel
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Comfortable working directly with clients
• Bilingual English / Spanish strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between accounts
• Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend operational needs
This position is best suited for someone who takes ownership of results, leads teams effectively, and understands the importance of operational excellence.
Compensation & Benefits
• Base Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 depending on experience
• Quarterly Performance Bonus: approximately $6,000 annually
• Commission Opportunities: $2,000 – $5,000 based on performance
• Insurance Stipend: $4,800 annually
