Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Management Administrator located in Medina, OH. The Project Management Administrator will support project coordination, assist with the planning and execution of projects, and monitor project timelines.
- Assist with administrative support and preparing meetings
- Maintain accurate and detailed calendar for upcoming projects, proactively communicate changes, and anticipate the system, etc.
- Monitor all emails and prioritize tasks daily
- Integral to the Project Management Team
Experience
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, etc.), Teams/virtual meeting software, and other data entry software (Foundation and Procore is a plus but not required)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Composed and articulate when dealing with prospects, clients, and colleagues
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Problem-solver, logical, and methodical worker
- High School Education required
