Key Responsibilities
- Perform production tasks including quality checks, material handling, and machine support
- Operate conveyor systems and assist with order changeovers
- Move materials and finished products safely throughout the plant
Follow all safety guidelines and contribute to a strong team environment
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for 8 hours
- Strong attendance, reliability, and commitment to safety
- Basic math skills and willingness to learn (no prior experience required)
Compensation & Benefits
- $27.17/hour starting pay (Day One)
