Production Associates – Multiple Shifts Available (Temp-to-Hire)

Pay: $20.25–$23.25/hour
Location: Manitowoc
Shifts Available:
• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Sun–Thurs)

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are currently hiring Production Associates for multiple openings within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Positions include Production Line Associates (Assemblers) and Palletizer / Line Support roles. These are temp-to-hire opportunities designed for individuals seeking stable hours, competitive pay, and long-term employment potential.

Quick Role Breakdown:
• Production Line Associate (Assembler): Works directly on the production line assembling, packing, labeling, and inspecting products as they are being made. This role is detail-focused, repetitive, and involves moderate lifting.

• Palletizer / Line Support: Works at the end of the production line handling finished goods. Responsibilities include stacking cases, building pallets, tracking counts, and preparing shipments. This role is more physically demanding with heavier lifting and increased material handling.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Pack, label, stack, and palletize finished goods
• Keep production lines running smoothly and assist where needed
• Assemble boxes and prepare products for shipment
• Load materials onto production lines
• Monitor product counts and complete production paperwork
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
• Manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Basic math and communication skills
• Ability to read and follow work instructions

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Stand for 8–10 hour shifts
• Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and repetitive movement
• Lift up to 35–50 lbs as needed

WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Manufacturing / production setting
• Exposure to machinery, noise, and chemicals
• PPE required as needed
