We’re on the hunt for a visionary Data Center & Cloud Lead to take ownership of mission-critical environments and drive next-generation cloud and data center strategies from our Culver City base. As the technical authority and Subject Matter Expert, you will:
- Define and execute cloud and data center strategies aligned with business goals
- Drive innovation across infrastructure design, deployment, and operations
- Oversee end-to-end data center operations, ensuring uptime, resilience, and performance
- Champion automation, optimization, and security best practices
- Lead architecture decisions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments
- Act as the go-to expert for complex troubleshooting, performance tuning, and capacity planning
- Guide and mentor engineering teams while influencing senior stakeholders
You’ll bring deep expertise across:
- Citrix ecosystem: CVAD, NetScaler ADC, StoreFront, Director, PVS/MCS
- System Administration: Windows, VMware, Nutanix
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP (IaaS, PaaS, hybrid architectures)
- Infrastructure: Networking, storage, virtualization, compute
- Automation & Monitoring tools
- Disaster Recovery & High Availability strategies
- Security & Compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC, GDPR)
