Job Summary: The Physical Therapist utilizes a comprehensive evaluation based on accepted professional standards to assess patient needs and function status, devises and implements appropriate treatment plans to promote the highest level of patient self-sufficiency, regularly re-assesses the efficacy of treatment plans, provides appropriate education to patients and their families and progresses patients toward goals and outcomes that reflect improved independence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Utilizing a comprehensive evaluation based on accepted professional standards to assess patient needs and function status.
Devising and implementing appropriate treatment plans to promote the highest level of patient self-sufficiency.
Regularly re-assessing the efficacy of treatment plans.
Providing appropriate education to patients and their families.
Progressing patients toward goals and outcomes that reflect improved independence.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, or eligibility, in Physical Therapy required
- Master's degree or higher preferred
- Current CT Physical Therapy license or eligibility required
- One (1) year of clinical experience preferred
WORK SCHEDULE: Per Diem- varied hours
