Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our team. This role involves contributing to all phases of project development, from concept design through construction administration. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, design-driven, and comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Must be willing to travel to various project locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop design concepts and translate them into construction documents
- Prepare and coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, and details
- Collaborate with internal team members, consultants, and clients
- Participate in client meetings and presentations
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies and support permitting processes
- Review shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs during construction
- Conduct site visits and assist with construction administration
- Ensure projects meet applicable codes, standards, and client expectations
- Actively monitor project budgets and schedules
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Licensed Architect or on licensure track is preferred
- 10 years minimum of professional experience
- Proficiency in Revit (required); AutoCAD, Twinmotion, Enscape, Bluebeam Revu and Adobe Creative Suite are a plus
- Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and detailing
- Knowledge of applicable building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
